Sea front beach house With Rental car included

This is a lovely beach house situated about 30 steps from the sea and the river in a peaceful and upmarket area . With a huge garden it is ideal for a family looking for comfort and security ideal for young children with a near enough private beach.

The nearly renovated villas has three large bedrooms. Two rooms upstairs, one overlooking the beach and second room overlooking the river ( with 2 single beds). Both rooms open up on a large terrace which overlooks both the sea, river and mountains and has a nice sitting area. We also provide a baby cot for guests to use. There is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor with air conditioning.
We can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

ADSL Internet is provided at no additional cost. Guests have access to satellite channels on as well as an Apple TV. The kitchen has everything you would expect to feel at home, washing machine, diswasher, Nespresso coffee machine etc. We also provide a cleaning lady for 2 hours everyday except for Sundays and public holidays.
She can also cook for you at a very small additional fee.

Tamarina Golf Course is just 1 km away, and various shopping centres, restaurants and supermarkets are all just a short distance away. On the other side of the river there is a sports complex, Riverland, which offers a swimming pool, tennis court, aerobic classes and many other activities.

Special deal: Rental car included during your stay. Car is big enough for 4/5 people (Toyota Yaris/ Suzuki Swift) and free airport transfer from airport to beach house and back to the airport (applicable for up to 4 people).

For groups exceeding 4 people a van will be arranged to carry guest and all the luggage at an additional cost of 50 Euros each way.
