I reserved it since they offered a shuttle service, but later they said they no longer offered. I had to take a taxi both way to the airport. Door lock card illustrated to wave the lock card to wave at the sensor, but didn't work. later found out, it had to be insert it in the slot to open the door. the illustration should be updated.

We have stayed at this hotel every time we go home to visit. The 2 & 3 bedroom options are so great when you have a large family and want to be cost effective. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. They are flexible kind and always present. One of the elevators was intermittently broken during our stay. The updates are modern enough but not Dusit-level accommodations. I travel often and this is comparable to ibis accommodations. You know what you’re paying for and the value exceeds the price point. We will continue to book here as we like that every room has a balcony, it’s walkable to the beach and storefronts, and it’s not $600 a night like other hotels in Tumon. Plus the customer service is totally worth it. Do not expect to be “wow’d” but you can expect a cool, comfortable night’s sleep.
