The hotel only had one front desk staff available , she understood and was kind to us with the room situation we we're in. There was leakage from the room above us. There was no manager on duty or supervisor available at the premises or through contact as well so we weren't able to change our room for the night unless management approved. The escalators dont function, it's block off so we had to go through property and swtich elevators to go to our room. Overall we weren't happy with our stay at the hotel.

This hotel was more of a motel than what it seems. The tub had stains and the faucet part needed to be changed out. Very rusty. Sliding door for toilet was broken. The floor was slippery with cleaning products. It said it had free wifi but it never worked so the TV had nothing to play. The bedding’s had an odd smell to them also. Aside from all that, the staffs were very kind.

I don't like the property because it doesn't have a business center. But I like the property because it is conveniently located where dining options are just a walking distance.

The rooms were a lot more run down than i would have thought. There was mold in the shower of the first room we were given. Staff were able to change our room with no issues, but the second room change was still in poor condition. Had to wait 30 minutes agter our check in time to actually get a room as well.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working, the TV wasn't working, the sink had been painted over for some reason and it was peeling, and there was a cocroach in the room. This place is fake fancy, don't fall for the pictures on this site.

The rooms and fixtures are outdated. The bathtub was well worn and had very noticeable stains and cracks. The TV screen flickered which made it annoying to watch.

Not only were they not understanding of our reservation not being put in their system after spending $250 I had to spend ANOTHER $220 to buy a full other night. We get to our room, dead roaches in the bathtub and the closet. Horrible food, my friend god food poisoning from the restaurant downstairs and there was no promised taxi service to the airport like the concierge said he scheduled.
