I dislike that i got the room and there was low water pressure in the shower and then ice machine wasn’t working when needed and lastly no telephone in the room had to call personally through my phone for room service .

Just simply dirty and moldy no matter how much they cover the walls with "new walls". It's actually a bit scary staying in this hotel. It has that vibe of a horror setting. Save yourself the aggravation and stay somewhere else.

One of the worst hotels in Guam. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was gross, the shower was slippery, the windows had all kinds of fingerprints and mold on them. Staff didn’t care. I had booked an executive kind size ocean view room which they didn’t have available so they put me in a twin room, but REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE PRICE DIFFERENCE

Definitely not cared for by owner

This place is run down and disgusting. The halls smell of mildew and the rooms of mold. I couldn’t breathe. We left and went elsewhere. The beds were lumpy although we didn’t sleep on them I’m not optimistic they would be comfortable. I’m sorry I wasted my time.

It is a good hotel for the budget traveller. Nothing fancy butfine enough gor my needs. Location is central to Tamuning area near shopping dining beach drinking establishments etc. Would stay there again

Perfectly fine hotel. I love this place in its prime. The place isn’t really all that clean but I appreciate the attempt. It’s fine if you just need a place to rest after a long day of visiting.

They do not allow even one hour's early check-in and try to collect $55. Rooms are spacy but smells bad. The curtain in the room broken. The shower head position cannot be fixed. Wifi very very slow.
