This is our 2nd time here and always a nice time even though it rained but turned out nice food was good the room was clean and staff very friendly my fiancé and I love it here we will definitely be back to swim and chill

The property was clean just a bit outdated. The restaurant within the restaurant is closed during the week. Parking lot had a bunch of potholes so be careful, but ultimately a good stay.

Location is fantastic, close to Camelback attractions, beautiful views from hotel rooms and restaurant. Breakfast ($16) worth every penny. Staff is nice and friendly. But the hotel is totally run down and needs renovation NOW: chipped and stained walls and ceilings, dirty door in the bathroom, broken furniture, full-size top sheet on king-size bed, unpleasant smell in the hallway. Not recommended.

The property appeared clean, the rooms and hallways carried an odor, almost everything is dated or broken, the patio door was broken, the bedding and towels had soiling which really added to the discomfort. Would never put a foot there again, thankfully it was only for a night.

The resort looked like a cheap side motel, and on Expedia it said breakfast was included, which is a lie. When we arrived and asked about breakfast, it turned out it’s not free — they just give a coupon for $2 off per person. What a joke...
