Designed by legendary Taos painter Ed Sandoval, this home is a fusion of art, architecture, and high-desert magic. The new owners have added thoughtful upgrades—including a custom outdoor propane fire pit, refreshed amenities, and elevated comforts—while keeping the home’s artistic soul intact.

Step inside and be transported. Handcrafted details fill every room: mica-flecked plaster walls, viga beams, smooth adobe curves, banco seating, hand-laid tiles, and whimsical artistic flourishes. Two inviting living spaces welcome relaxation—a sunken lounge with a kiva fireplace and a dining area framed by a round picture window that captures the surrounding mountains like a painting.

This semi-secluded adobe features 2 bedrooms with en suite baths, a third full bathroom, in-home laundry, and a den/movie room with a queen-size pull-out sofa, allowing the home to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The primary suite includes its own fireplace, walk-in closet, and a spa-like river stone shower. The second bedroom opens to a private patio for peaceful mornings with mountain air.

Outside, the magic continues. Multiple patios, shady nooks, and open-air lounges welcome sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, and nights spent under the stars.
