A short stroll will take you to the golden sands of Papamoa Beach, where you can soak up the sun, swim, or enjoy a scenic walk along the coastline. For convenience and fun, the vibrant Papamoa Plaza and Fashion Island are just a short walk away, offering supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Nearby parks and beaches provide endless options for adventure and relaxation.

Parking: 2 x off street parking, including parking for a small boat.
*Security Cameras: There is an external camera set up at the front entrance of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
