I thought this place would be quiet at night but it ended up being noisier than in Taxco with all the dogs in the property and outside the property and noisy late-night drinkers outside the room.

The property is splited in two. If you pick the rooms with two beds, you will have to stay on the section wich is under constrution, no security, no wifi and out of the main property.

Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi connection. Really nice sunset and views

Las habitaciones están limpias, el personal es amable, es pet friendly, el buffet del restaurante muy rico y con variedad, solo creo que el precio para los huéspedes podría ser más competitivo. En cuanto a las albercas creo que si les falta un poco de mantenimiento y privacidad para los huéspedes del hotel.

En general una buena opción para desconectarse, el tema fue el restaurante, éramos 4 personas 2 adultos 2 niños, y cada quien comió en diferentes momentos porque no pudieron servir al mismo tiempo los platillos y realmente no fueron platillos muy elaborados (cecina y hamburguesas), las porciones fueron muy pobres y el sazón no fue el mejor, por el costo la verdad es mas recomendable comer en taxco en algun lugar cercano. Por lo demás el lugar es lindo y muy agradable para descansar
