Fantastic stay

Stayed for 1 night with friends to break our motorbike journey up. Staf couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to cater for our vegan friend. Even gave us some oat milk to take to room for coffee when asked. Couldn't speak highly enough of this hotel. Lovely pool for a swim too

Great location within walking distance of town

Well placed hotel for visiting Telford and surrounding area. Walking distance from town centre with all the restaurants etc. McDonalds, Costa etc 5 min drive in other direction for breakfast stuff. Nice large bar area. Lots of easy parking. Great value.

The food was great, as were the bar drinks. We used the breakfast facilities which again were great, a nice amount of time to be able to have your breakfast each day. Plenty of parking. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was large and very comfy. The bathroom as spacious and all modern looking. Will be staying again

Stayed at Ramada a few times for the car show nearby . I book in advance and get a decent price , location is great walking to centre and shops , easy parking. Large entrance and lobby with lovely staff . Pool looks to of been refurbished as we use this and my lad loves it . Beds are comfy and a fan in the room is a great idea as I've been hot in many previous stays. We don't eat here so cannot comment regarding food etc .

Arrived Saturday afternoon for the usual two night stay. Receptionist welcoming, friendly and quick to book are party in Spotless, with all the necessary amenities needed. The only problem was the meal in the restaurant that evening was well below standard, food was just warm and the fish approx 25%fish 75 oily batter. Highly recommend this hotel. Will be staying several times in future. A great break.😁👍

Good stay

The stay was great I just feel like the windows don’t give enough air so there should be AC in the rooms as they get really warm quick and it’s hard to sleep with the heat. The beds comfy but the pillows are a bit too soft. Overall the stay was great and the staff was pleasant. However, I think some of the staff don’t know the check out time. Both told me and my partner different times first and then 11am. Hotel is close to city centre which is great

Close to Telford Centre, shops, train station and eateries (within walking distance) Lovely hotel, room clean, reception nice and friendly, all amenities needed in the room. Didnt eat at the restaurant so cant comment on food. Only negatives, room was a little cold and you can hear noise from corridors and other rooms but wasnt excessive.
