Gorgeous Farmhouse with breathtaking views. 5 acres perched on top of the hillside for the most beautiful sunsets and views of the stars. The well kept grounds offer the perfect photo ops with new vineyard and orchards. Plenty to do with a new pickleball court, pool table, fire pit and jacuzzi. Close to wine tasting, golfing, shopping and restaurants. Our newly renovated farmhouse comes equipped with everything you need for a weekend of entertainment and fun.

Renovated Farmhouse with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. As you enter the home you’re greeted with breathtaking views of the vineyard and orchards. Home has a great open concept space with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for lounging, dining and relaxing. Bedroom 1 has two sets of bunkbeds with full size mattresses, Bedroom 2 has king size bed, Bedroom 3 has king size bed and Bedroom 4 has queen size bed.

Vineyard:
Please enjoy the newly planted vineyard. Feel to explore the vines but please be gentle. Also we ask that you be careful when climbing up and down the stairs.

Pickleball:
Our newly built pickleball court includes racquets and balls for your enjoyment.

Jacuzzi:
Will be set at 90 degrees upon arrival. If you wish for it to be set higher before you arrive please notify us and can adjust. We ask that you set back to 90 degrees upon departure.

Our farmhouse is on a septic system:
Kindly follow instructions on property as water and toilet paper only are allowed in sinks and toilets.

Gate: We have a large automatic entry gate for car access to the property. Upon arrival we will give you the gate code to enter and the gate will automatically open for your vehicle upon exiting. Please do not hit the gate with your car or try to open manually.

Thermostat:
Please keep the thermostat at 69-77 degree median range for comfortable temp in all seasons. We kindly ask that you keep the doors and windows closed inside while running the AC.

The hosts were so nice and their place was amazing! We had a huge storm come through, so we weren't able to play pickleball until our 4th day. The inside was cozy with fantastic views! We've stayed in over 10 rentals, and this was so well stocked with nice dishes, pans and utensils! They had spices, coffee, olive oil, paper towel, nice dish towels. I brought a lot of my own, but it was so nice to have items if you need it and not old funky stuff! The beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean! First class rental and hosts! Thank you!

Wedding getaway!

We were in that area to celebrate my nieces wedding and found this property. It was very clean and had everything that you would need. We liked that the rooms were very bright , plenty of light that made a great difference.

Absolutely perfect

Wow, is all we can say! Not only is this house gorgeous, but everything was well thought out and clean..right down to the welcome sign, kids toys/games, and good spices! The house was bright, clean, and cozy! The only thing that I would suggest is a fan of sorts in the bunkbed room (that is being nitpicky). Everything was amazing, probably one of the best rentals I have stayed in. Beds were very comfortable!

Amazing time!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and we all had the best time! Josh was very responsive if we had any questions. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was a beautiful house with an incredible view! We loved the private pickleball court. The WiFi was a little slow, but who needs fast WiFi when you’re visiting with friends. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Retreat

This home was the perfect place for my family to stay for the Labor Day holiday weekend. The home was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed from an abundance of soft towels, nice dishes, great cooking equipment, spices, etc. The beds were super comfy. The hot tub was awesome, and my family really enjoyed the pool table. The home was easy to get to, yet it was private and quiet. The view was amazing. We would love to come back!!!
