Enjoy this recently renovated modern rustic home with a big yard nestled below Pecan trees. Located off highway 36, 10 minutes from Temple. The stars shine like you're in the country, but still conveniently located. Privacy fence & noice canceling curtains help, but there is still noise from traffic. While renovating this home, we fell in love it & hope you do too. Retreat for the weekend or stay while here working! Large parking area, but might not be ideal for trailers so please ask first.

Cute place in Temple, 15 min drive to Belton

Large yard with mature trees, updated 4 bedrooms and functional kitchen to accommodate 8 people comfortably. We were there for UMHB graduation and were not too far from campus activities. The owner communicated well and went out of his way to make sure our stay was great.

House was quite nice. Very clean. Road noise was very loud! Master bedroom was quiet enough but the front 2 bedrooms would have been difficult to sleep. Backyard had a wooden privacy fence on two sides only which was sufficient to keep our dogs safe as long as supervised. Yard was very large and good for our big dog to get a good exercise. Grass needed to be mowed.

Hidden fees and charges on these properties are what is the most inconsistent on all VRBO rentals.Had a Service Aninimal traveling with us and was still charged a Pet Fee.Owner sent Checkout instructions that included taking the trash to the road prior to leaving, putting all dirty clothes in hamper, washing dishes and cleaning.. What was the 150 cleaning fee for.. Making the beds? LOLPropert right next to a busy highway. Pretty noisy at night.
