Sleep: Forest & Vine comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three well-appointed bedrooms:
• Primary Suite: King bed with TV and en-suite bath with walk-in shower; slider to backyard hot tub.
• Guest Bedroom #1: King bed, TV, plus two floor mattresses for flexible sleeping arrangements.
• Guest Bedroom #2: Two queen-size bunk beds perfect for kids or larger groups.
Gather & Relax: The living room features a grand floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a large sectional sofa, ideal for movie nights, conversation, or relaxing by the fire. A separate open dining area comfortably seats eight and flows into the kitchen for easy gathering and meal conversations. It also has a high chair and a Pack 'n Play crib for little ones.
Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, warm wood cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range), and a breakfast bar, making it easy to prepare anything from casual breakfasts to group dinners enjoyed around the dining table.
Indoor Comfort: The home includes central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV for year-round comfort. Washer and dryer facilities are also available to support longer stays with ease.
Outdoor Oasis: The backyard is a highlight of the property, featuring a private hot tub, gas fire pit, comfortable outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and landscaped lawn — all within a fully fenced grassy yard that’s pet-friendly and perfect for enjoying evenings under the stars. 🔑 Important Guest Info
Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required per stay as a standard hold for incidentals.
Shared Property: Please note that the owners live on-site in the primary residence, and there is another separate rental unit on the property.
Pets: Pet-friendly! Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and a $100 non-refundable pet fee for eachpet per week or portion of a week. Please share your dog’s name, breed, and weight at the time of booking, and we’ll send you our pet policy and payment request after booking. Dogs must not be left unattended outdoors and must be respectful of furniture and space.
Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please move any activity indoors after that time.
Property Note: Garage is shared with cleaners for the cottage (accessed from the outside only; feel free to lock the interior door for privacy).
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
