A recepção pelo funcionário foi cativante, mas a estrutura do hotel não ajuda. Subimos 3 lances de escadas com malas pesadas! Já que o hotel não tem elevador, sugiro contratarem um ajudante para subir as bagagens dos hóspedes.

Só Constrangimentos....

Estive com minha família nesse hotel, total de 5 pessoas. A hospedagem deixou a desejar do Chek-in ao chek-out. Descaso com o hóspede nas orientações mínimas sobre localização dos quartos etc.., parecia que eles estavam prestando um favor e não um serviço. Atitude grosseira de fazer o hóspede retornar ao apto para buscar os controles de tv e ar condicionado, sem informálo que o mesmo deveria ser entregue na recepção.Tudo isso desprestígia o hotel é o eleva a categoria de não indicados.

Hotel muito bom, tudo limpo, quarto pouco pequeno mas p mim solteiro foi ótimo, café da manhã normal, Único problema que são 3 andares e não tem elevador, então p quem tem alguma dificuldade eh bom avisar na hora, para colocarem nos quartos de baixo. Ficaria normal novamente
