I didn't like i was locked out my room for over hour. Told them my key didn't work. So they said they fixed it but not. Did this three times finally the lady that was doing the keys she came to door with us. Sge tried keys and tried her main key didn't work.(room 320) so she called maintenance he worked with door couldn't get nothing. So he called some more guys for help. They got it all done with in a hour. I just set and watched. I asked for a free room for my i convenience they said they would let there manger know but i haven't heard nothing.
