Located in a tourist residence in Marina di Tertenia, directly overlooking the charming rocky coastline of Abba Urci, just a few minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of Foxi Manna, Casa Creuza de mä offers you a stay by the swimming pool, shared with three other units (available from May 15 to October 15).
The area is ideal for families or couples who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday, immerse themselves in the local culture, surrounded by nature and good food.
The house consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a third room used as a living room with a sofa bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower box, toilet, and bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, tea/coffee maker, microwave, oven, and TV.
Next to it, there is an additional kitchen area with a traditional barbecue, stovetop, and a second bathroom with shower box and toilet.
Outside, there is a beautiful veranda with a garden where you can enjoy the sun and the wonderful view of the pool and the sea of Marina di Tertenia.
Within walking distance you will find a restaurant, lounge bar, and tennis/volleyball court at your disposal; a few minutes by car there are grocery stores, additional bars, pizzerias, and restaurants.
In the area, you can visit the Torre di San Giovanni, from which you can admire the wonderful beach of Foxi Murdegu. Scattered among the mountains framing the coastline, you will find the typical Nuraghi, including Nuraghe Aleri and Nuraghe Nastasj. For nature and sports lovers, there are panoramic trekking routes, some of which end in charming hidden coves among the rocks. The main town, Tertenia, is about 10–15 minutes by car, where you can find all remaining services such as ATMs, gas stations, post office, as well as additional restaurants and supermarkets.
Guests are informed that upon arrival they must present their identification documents and pay in cash the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, mandatory for stays from May 1 to October 31.
