Villetta Artu' has a wonderful private garden with garden furniture, table chairs, armchairs and sun loungers.

In this space you can relax and the house is ideal for a holiday of well-being and joy.

The villa is located in a quiet condominium in PERDALONGA , in the Localita' Sa Pinnetta , 5 minutes by car from the famous beaches of Chia and 5 minutes by car from the beautiful beach of Tuerredda .

From Villetta Artu' you can reach two coves the first and the cove of Perdalonga, visible from the house and the second is the spectacular cove of ANTONI AREDDU ,

This House is ideal for a wonderful holiday of the sea and relaxation, a cove reserved in the middle of the crystal-clear nature.

The Villa has a large and bright living room with a comfortable sofa, plus a relaxation area with another sofa and a comfortable armchair where you can relax.

The sleeping area is divided into two floors: on the ground floor a spacious double bedroom overlooking the garden ; while on the first floor the beautiful sea view room with a double bed and a comfortable bunk bed , for a total of 6 beds.

Each room has its own air conditioning



Bed linen is provided.

The bathrooms are 2 and have everything you need during your stay.
