Located southeast of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, La Ferme de la Borderie is ideally situated 20 minutes from Argenton-sur-Creuse (the "Green Venice" of Berry), near the Creuse Valley and the Green Way (a cycle path).

On the ground floor, you'll find a living area with a lounge and a wood-burning stove with a glass door, as well as a combined dining and kitchen area. At the entrance, there's a space designed to welcome our four-legged friends, a shower room/WC (walk-in shower, washing machine, and towel warmer), and a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm) or two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed. Internet access/fiber optic is available.

Upstairs, a landing features a sofa bed (for extra sleeping space), a television, games, and a library. There's also a bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a shower column and towel warmer, a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed, and two single beds (80 x 190 cm).

Outside, there's a terrace with garden furniture, and under a shelter, a trampoline and a ping-pong table. On the property, there's a pond for observing wildlife, a lake, and nature as far as the eye can see.

The cottage's garden is enclosed. For people with reduced mobility: The parking space is 2 meters from the entrance. The terrace is level. The ground-floor bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. Independent access is available via a key box, if needed (on the post in the garden).

If you haven't already done so, you can secure your security deposit by credit card authorization directly from your online account before your arrival.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash disposal, which are the responsibility of the guests), and heating with wood and electricity, with reasonable consumption. The cottage is heated by electricity; you have 16 kWh per day available (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).

The garden is enclosed and includes a trampoline and ping-pong table, as well as a football goal (on request) and badminton rackets (leisure activities included in the rental price of the cottage).

A lean-to provides sheltered parking for your bicycles.

Three outdoor parking spaces are available free of charge.
