Housekeeping and front desk were so nice. Michael on night shift at front desk was so warm and friendly. The rooms were oversold so they made special accommodations for us by giving us two smaller rooms rather than the one larger room. Would definitely stay again!

The staff here are a genuine example of service excellence. Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly, personable and professional. The staff are extremely pet friendly! The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly. The location was great and right next to I-75. Our family is located near Moody AFB, and it was nice to not have to drive through the downtown traffic everyday to get to where the majority of where the hotels are located. I will be staying here going forward whenever we are visiting the area.
