Welcome to our modest "Penthouse" apartment in Thredbo, I am sure you will agree that the views from the balcony to the mountains and ski-fields are just stunning. IMPORTANT
In "ski season" mid June to mid September, bookings are only available for either 1: Check-in Friday & Check-out Sunday. or 2: Check-in Sunday & Check-out Friday
BYADBO 7 is on two levels on top of a five-level block of apartments (hence, by definition, Penthouse)
Level1: Open plan kitchen, dining / lounge room, balcony, bathroom with shower
Level 2: Master Bedroom and Second Bedroom

BYADBO 7: UNIQUE SNOW GUARANTEE:
There is, in some years, a lack of snow on the mountain, particularly at the beginning of the season, June, and again later in September, as the season winds down
If you are beginner skiers, then the beginner’s slope at Friday Flat, would be open, with ski lifts and gentle slopes, which would be great to learn to ski / board for your stay in Thredbo
Added to this, you could explore the village, and have fun enjoying the many things you can do there; then all well and good, overall, you will have a great time
But if you are already skiers, and then, when you are booked to come to Thredbo, if there’s not much* skiable terrain, other than the beginner slopes, then as skiers ourselves, we would understand your disappointment
Skiable Terrain: Sometimes the lower slopes, can be short of snow or good snow conditions. Whilst the upper mountain slopes and ski runs* are very good for great skiing / boarding and fun
*If the following upper mountain runs are open, with lifts running and good for skiing, then you’re going to have a blast.
It may be that you will have to, or it would be wise to load on a chairlift down the mountain at the end of your day, avoiding the poor conditions at the bottom of the mountain
Although with the advent of snow-guns blasting away every cold night, it would be very rare for skiing not to be “TOP to BOTTOM”
In any case in these type of conditions, most, if not all the ski lifts, would be running
No Skiable Terrain: In event of there being no Skiable Terrain: by the above definition, just before your planned holiday in Thredbo, and with no imminent snow falls forecast: Source: SNOW WATCH & MOUNTAIN WATCH for the best forecasts
Then we will be in touch with you, with an offer for you to change your booked dates
If you have booked early in the season, then change to one that is available later in that season; this will likely incur an increase in rates, as peak season is more expensive
If you have booked later in the season, then your choice of dates in the following year’s season, and depending on what dates you then choose, it may incur an increase in rates, as peak season is more expensive
The 5 owners of Byadbo 7 are all skiing families; and we would understand your disappointment of a No Skiable Terrain event happening, on your planned holiday. So, we hope that conditions are such that you don’t have to take up our SNOW GUARANTEE offer, as we want you to enjoy Thredbo and Byadbo 7 as much as our families* do *Some of us now have three generations skiing together PRICELESS

Please review comprehensive detail about short-time parking to unload and load vehicles. Overnight Parking is available in nearby designated area(s) 400m down hill from complex
Evening BBQ on the Balcony whilst watching the fireworks are a special treat
We have engaged the services of professional cleaners to service the apartment after you have checked out. Accordingly we have added the cleaning fees to the rental rate as a separate item. Tenants are only asked to leave the apartment as clean and neat as possible, ensure all garbage is removed and placed in ground level lockbox, put all dirty dishes etc in dishwasher, and set it running as you leave.
