This is my 2nd stay in about 3 months. The last time we had to move rooms because of the smell in the room. We were moved to a room with live bug in the bathroom. Ice makers broken, elevator broken. 3 months later... ice machine still broken, elevator still broken, light near bed and clock not working, needed almost a complete set of towels. Tus has to be a franchise owned hotel. There is no way this brand would allow them to operate in this manner.
