Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast lady was very lovely and the options were not bad for the price point. However, the beds didn't have a full zipper lined waterproof bedbug cover which bothered us since we have been bitten by bed bugs in the past. The elevator was filthy and smelled bad. Noise insulation wasn't great either, I could hear a lot of thuds and creaks in the morning as others were waking up and showering and getting ready to leave.

Online check-in form said no physical credit card needed if all info provided online .. I did this but a physical card was demanded when I arrived at the hotel… I did not have the card as I was going for surgery early next day in the hospital next door, the staff refused to discuss this policy or allow an exception and a nearby relative had to drive to the hotel with their physical card …all of this was extremely upsetting, especially since the website clearly stated that if the online form was completed I would be able to simply pick up my keys …. Very disappointing and upsetting
