Fully renovated in 2025, this 55 m² one-bedroom apartment blends the authentic charm of stone walls with stylish modern furnishings, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.



Located on the ground floor, the apartment comfortably hosts 2 to 4 guests. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.



Guests can enjoy a full range of amenities to feel completely at home: induction hob, oven, German-style coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Everything you need for a carefree stay. Free parking is available about 100 meters away.
