A cosy 14 m2 ski apartment for two people with 1 star comfort rating in the Tommeuses building next to the slopes in a quiet area of Tignes Val Claret. You can ski from and to the front door of the building!

Shops, restaurants, ski schools and ski hire providers are nearby.

The ski lifts are 100 metres from the building. On one side there is the Tufs chairlift which takes you to the slopes of Val d'Isère and on the other side the funicular providing access to the Grande Motte glacier.

Arrival after 3:30 pm, departure before 10:30 am.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Tignes Val Claret, in a building next to the ski slopes. The apartment consists of a main room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bath and toilet.

The traditional wooden furniture in the main room is functional and comfortable. It is perfect for two people.

In the main room there is a sofa bed (TWO SINGLE BEDS), a table, two chairs, a chest of drawers, a cupboard, a flat screen television, a mirror and a shelf unit.

Sleeping:
Sofa bed: 2 single beds (190x80 cm). The bedding consists of two good quality foam mattresses, two single duvets (140 x 200 cm) and two pillows (60 x 60 cm)

The kitchenette has a fridge, two electric rings, a microwave oven, a fondue set and everything you should need for cooking, eating, drinking and making coffee.

The apartment has under floor heating with an additional electric heater in the main room. It is North facing with no balcony.

The Tommeuses building has lifts and front door digital security.

Please note that:

- You will find on your arrival: 1 roll of toilet paper and everything marked in the inventory which you will find at the end of the description of my apartment in "Other things to note".

- You must bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels, and kitchen towels. The person handling my key handover offers a linen rental service. The price for 1 person pack, 1 sheet/ 1duvet cover/1 pillow case/ 1 bath towel/ 1 towel is €34. Household linen rented on site will be left in the apartment for late arrivals.

-- End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory and subject to a charge. The sum of €40 must be paid on arrival.

- A deposit of €300 must be paid by credit card when picking up the keys. The money is not debited. This deposit will be returned to you the day that you leave, after the apartment has been checked.

- No daily hygiene products, such as soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc., and no food products except salt and pepper will be present in the apartment. However, you will be able to buy them on site (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.).

A cosy 14 m2 ski apartment for two people. Ski-in ski-out offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Tignes apartment is smoke free.
