The living and dining area is equipped with a flat screen television and a sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering additional sleeping flexibility. This space opens directly onto a south-facing balcony with a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat screen television, and a private shower with WC, and it also benefits from direct access to a south-facing balcony sharing the same spectacular mountain panorama. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing 4 individual sleeping spaces ideal for younger guests or larger groups. A separate bathroom and an independent WC complete the sanitary facilities of the apartment. In total, the property offers 2 south-facing balconies, both framing the outstanding views of the surrounding alpine landscape and ski run.
