we explicitly asked if they were impacted by the water outage. they lied and said no. we booked, showed up, and there was no water or electricity. also there was a bar of soap with hair all over it in the walkway. we would have tolerated the soap, but lying so we would book is horrible service. no refund either.

The service was great, literally two minute check-in. Everyone was very attentive. The lighting in the room is a little strange and you have to ask for an iron and a hairdryer. There was also a power out for like three hours in the middle of the day, but other than that, everything was good.
