We had an easy check-in and were offered free drinks due to 4th of July. Unfortunately we didn't vouch them. We attempted to use the pool area but it was extremely busy and full. We were able to park initially when we arrived but then left for dinner and when we came back there was no parking. Luckily we waited for someone to leave and took their spot. The room initially had a funky smell, I realized it was sewer smell that night when we were brushing our teeth. All night you could hear people walking down the hallways and the flushing or water noise from the room above. This is more of a motel than a hotel. Now it is in a convenient area and the staff were very polite.

It's a great place to stay. The attention you receive from the personnel is fantastic the only bad this is that at first the breakfast was free and now they charge for it. I wish they could give a discount for frequent costumer’s like me.

Property was nice. The best part was the pool/dining area. The room was fair but had a type of humidity smell. There was a menu in the room for room service but not clear button on the phone with how to dial for it. There was a hair dryer but no plug in the bathroom. I didn’t see an iron or ironing board. It would be nice to have a chair for the table where the room service food goes. The tv had apps so that was great for my girls. The room was very clean but it seems that the corners of the room and ceiling may be missed because we saw 4 daddy long legs spiders throughout the room. The hotel was pretty quiet for the most part but if you’re on the lower level and someone above has heels, you will hear it since the rooms are tiled vs carpeted. The food from the hotel restaurant was yummy. Staff was courteous and kind.

New hotel in TJ en la Zona Dorada! And we very much enjoyed the experience. Very clean property with attentive staff. Breakfast was delicious and the pool area is a great way to spend the afternoon.
