On the main level, you'll find a convenient half bathroom, a spacious living room with a large sectional couch for enjoying shows or movies, and a lovely kitchen and dining area with an open floor plan that allows for easy conversation while cooking or dining. Stay connected to the kitchen's activities while relaxing in the comfortable chairs by the gas fireplace in the dining area. The main floor also offers a large bunk room that's just steps away from the kitchen. This room features two sets of built-in bunk beds (twin over double), a spacious sectional sofa, and a television. It's the perfect place for kids to hang out, play, and sleep.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, an en-suite 3/4 bathroom, and a gas fireplace for a cozy ambiance. There's also a full bathroom in the hallway. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed.

Step outside through the sliding doors in the living room or dining area to enjoy the patio with seating and a fire pit. Wander through the grassy yard to reach the built-in deck, where you can dine and grill your favorite meals. Further down, you'll find another fire pit area overlooking the private sandy beach. Relax on the beach and enjoy the floating raft with seating.
