Did have our reservation in system. Said they would call Expedia to call it from them so that we can book direct from them. They weren’t willing to work with Expedia. No extra indoor lock on door. Bathroom doorknob was broken.

Needs some work

Pictures are deceiving - room smelled like a black ice car air freshener that was over bearing. Musty smell throughout - however for a cheap overnight for a concert perfect.

Located in the beautiful lakes region of NH with nice water views. Family run hotel at a great value . Stayed for a concert at the nearby BankNH Pavillion and it was very convenient.

Well this hotel is dated. Check in was simple. Seems the kids were helpful and nice. Room is dated, needs to be refreshed. Everything was unplugged. But beds were clean. Shower had no water pressure and probably from the 1970s. Had bugs crawling on shower curtain and some blood stains so that was nice. Room has 2 doors, one on the outside and 1 on the inside hallway. Kinda weird. Wife heard a noise later in the evening someone trying to get into the room. Spooked her. Ok, you need to google the hotel and ghost hunters FYI!!!!

Under the couch to sleep had dirty,and have blankets inside. All of this was inside to pick on the couch. Also the door to the bathroom it would not close outside and outdoor.. The very pool is not opened because it's the terrible place. Unfortunately the room we set was very closed to the pool.

Spend more money. Go elsewhere.

I guess you get what you pay for. It was a room. It had a bed and bathroom. There was absolutely no water pressure in the sink. I actually put video of it on social media.It was so comical. It made it almost impossible to brush my teeth. Taking a shower was even more enjoyable.

The staff were nice but the place is very run down, felt and smelled dirty, and is just poorly maintained. We were just there because it’s somewhat near the concert venue and lodging is limited, but we contemplated driving home vs. staying.

Photos are very deceiving! Bed is hard . Tv wouldn’t shut off and couldn’t work remote at all . Couldn’t reach lobby attendant for help .

If Possible, Go Elsewhere

This motel is perhaps the worst I've ever had to settle for. The musty smell was overwhelming, the bathroom was so filthy, we didn't shower...we just got up, dressed and left. The price was ridiculous for what we had to endure.

Coffee- only decaf Powdered creamer - not powdery but crunchy Coffee maker - had to find an outlet that worked in order to plug it in Hallway - floor didn’t seem sturdy Lobby and room-musty smell Furniture in room - old and worn We had a “balcony” but didn’t seem to be safe to stand on Building was run down and back parking lot didn’t look like it would be safe
