The property was old, rundown, and clearly not maintained to an acceptable standard. The furniture was in terrible condition, the floors were filthy, and both the bathtub and showers were disgusting. There were used tobacco pouches left on the floor, and spiders and bugs throughout the property.
There was also no exterior lighting. I arrived at night and could barely see well enough to locate or operate the key lock. The parking itself was fine, but the lack of lighting made arriving after dark unnecessarily difficult.
The hot tub had no water in it and was completely unusable.
What made the experience even worse was that there were no blankets, linens, or towels provided. I was traveling internationally, so obviously I was not arriving with household linens and towels packed in my luggage.
They also failed to provide the Wi-Fi password, and despite looking throughout the house, I could not find it posted anywhere.
I attempted to contact the property manager for assistance and received no response whatsoever.
The condition of the property and complete lack of support became bad enough that I checked out early. Even after leaving before the end of my stay, nobody from the property management company bothered to contact me or even ask why I had left.
Between the filthy condition, insects, missing basic amenities, unusable hot tub, lack of exterior lighting, no accessible Wi-Fi information, and nonexistent response from management, this was an extremely disappointing expe
