Overly crowded

Our floor was filled with loud families. They were having races in the hallway until 9:30pm. They took over the pool with no less than 30 people. I'm unsure if they were all truly guests. The hot water ran out ever morning. Would not recommend.

Exceptional service

The room was really nice we got to pick the floor we wanted to be on. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well as the pool. The staff is really nice and friendly, they made the whole experience worth while. We loved this place so much we added an extra stay. May I add breakfast was good as well.

The hot tub and pool is why we stayed here and the hot tub was cold! That was a big disappointment! Beds were not very comfy and remote only worked sometimes. It was clean so I guess I will take that over the rest.

Up-to-date, classy, modern, quiet, very clean, excellant hospitality, sparkling clean pool and spa. Best bang for the buck in the area. The breakfast consisted of mini blueberry muffins, bagels, toast, English muffins, tatter tots, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, egg omelette, pancakes, apples, bananas, various cereals, and my favorite; the self serve yogurt machine with various sprinkle on toppings. Coffee, tea and juices available thru the beverage dispenser. Exception hotel! Best hotel in the area in my opinion. 😀👍
