We enjoyed our stay here! It's a lovely property and you can't beat the views. Comfy beds and good showers. I had a fantastic spa treatment and we loved being close to walking paths and Big Beach. A few service hiccups at the restaurant, but still liked all our meals there. We would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. We were fortunate to have a room with a great view of the ocean and very quiet. The dining room was quiet and food offerings great. The only thing we didn't like was the entertainment in the Big Beach Lounge. There was a person playing a guitar with his amp turned up WAY to loud for the size of the room. We couldn't carry on a conversation at our table or hear the words. Staff should have been aware of this.

This is my favorite hotel in the world. It is an experience to stay here and I look forward to doing so again. Its super clean, smells fantastic and the rooms are gorgeous. I love just walking around enjoying the art on the walls. The dining options are amazing and top notch.

Black Rock is outstanding. The staff, from the minute you arrive is genuinely happy to help. Simon took our bags but then came to pick us up at our car in the golf cart. Every experience was like this - above and beyond. Every aspect is above expectations. The room was immaculate, well appointed and thoughtful with a soft blanket on the couch, a fireplace and floor to ceiling windows to see the ocean waves and trees. The restaurants were both very good as was the service. We were heading out one rainy afternoon and Simon saw us and stopped us to suggest we take some of the hotel rain coats! A beautiful resort with staff that excels at every turn.

Amazing views

Loved this resort! Our room had amazing views and everything you needed. The beds were comfortable and I love the little touches with blankets on the couch. I felt the resort was well priced. I just wish it had a heated pool and bigger hot tubs. Loved the location. Would return in a minute.

This property is amazing and we now compare other resorts to it in the area, lol. So far, nothing has come close ! The room was luxurious and spacious with a full kitchen, the views were incredible, the hot tub next to the crashing waves was breathtaking and it was just a fabulous experience. We will definitely be back and recommend to everyone - especially families !
