I don’t know how this motel received very good rating. Yes, they had the refrigerator & microwave, which I wanted. The room was so dark, not enough lamps and dirty windows. The sheets were clean and no bed bugs, this is the kind of place that I looked for this. Kind of depressing to be in the room. Would not recommend and would not stay there again. I checked the photos on the Expedia site and our room did not look like any of the photos. Bathtub time was full of mildew.

The motel looks kind of sketchy when you drive up. The front desk clerk works behind a plexiglass barrier for example, in a very small, cramped lobby. HOWEVER, the room I stayed in was really good. Very clean, spacious and well-appointed. Bathroom had a large shower.

The owners were so welcoming and friendly! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were there to visit the Toledo Zoo and to attend a concert and the hotel was just a short drive from both of them. Many restaurants and a Starbucks near by. I would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and Consistent

As always, the room was clean & comfortable; the staff was friendly; and the the stay was relaxing. We've not had an unpleasant experience here. My wife and I stay here nearly every time we visit Toledo.

Hotel was easy to locate in a safe and clean neighborhood. Room was exactly what I was looking for (Just an overnight stay). Room was clean and quiet. Hotel was close to gas station and eating establishments. Would recommend for sure.

Comfortable classic motel with updates

A very nice overnighter at this hotel: staff is very friendly and helpful. My room had a comfortable king bed, fridge, and small microwave. The bathroom, as is typical in older motels, was small but completely renovated with tile walk-in shower and all new fixtures. Wifi was adequate, parking was easy right outside my door. I would stay here again.

Just bad

No idea how this place is over 8 stars. Bed was horrible. Door stuck and had all sorts of weird impacts on the inside. Turned on the water in the bathroom sink and the water was initially black. Looked like it was full of black sand. Didn’t use the shower due to this. Used bottled water to brush my teeth. Window mounted heater/AC just plain sucked. Small 30” tv mounted almost on the ceiling. Neighborhood is sketch. Only post point was Mr. Panda Buffet down the street. Pay an extra $20 and stay anywhere else.
