I’m up here working and this hotel is in a good area. It’s literally in the middle of a area with corporate offices and car dealerships.

I was very disappointed in this stay. Our room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty and there was blood on the toilet seat and garbage in the trash can. The sheets were stained with something that had been spilled (pink) on the pillowcase and sheet. The cooktop was covered in grease. I went down to the front desk after check-in and told the clerk, but they didn't do anything but tell me housekeeping was not available at that time - no offer to change rooms or refund my stay (literally went down right after check-in). The front desk employee handed me a bottle of window cleaner and a rag to clean the toilet and cooktop. I did clean up the room myself, but then checked out that evening anyway because I didn't want to sleep in the bed on the sheets that obviously had not been changed. I was not offered any compensation, refund or another room - very poor customer service for this industry! I would not recommend this property to anyone.
