This funky beach house is located right on the dunes at Tomakin Cove.This is the perfect holiday destination - a well equipped 4 bedroom holiday home which is absolute beachfront. Two minutes walk to the popular Rivermouth Cafe, a bit further on to the newly refurbished Tomakin Club and only seconds walk till your feet are touching the pristine sands at the crystal clear Tomakin Cove beach. Tomakin Beach which is 24/7 off leash for dogs is on one side of the Cove, with the popular surf spot Barlings Beach on the other side.

Living and entertaining space: Relax out on the front balcony and enjoy simply stunning views over the beach and ocean. It's the perfect spot to sit back with a coffee and soak up the views and that fresh, salty breeze, while contemplating the days activities. There is an open plan lounge/dining upstairs with wood burning fire for those cold winter nights. Another living area downstairs has a wood burner. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and microwave.

Additional Features: There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and also access to half a garage to store things if you need to. This property is pet friendly. 2 Dogs maximum allowed. Any extra cleaning required e.g. pet hair etc, will be deducted from the guests credit card.Off-street parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway. Unfortunately, there is no garage access for tenants.

Location: Tomakin is a beautiful, quiet seaside town surrounded by beaches and the Tomaga River. You are a ten minute drive to the world famous Mogo Zoo and halfway between the lovely towns of Batemans Bay and Moruya.This house has a strict no schoolies and no party policy. Anyone found to be breaching this will be asked to leave immediately.
