My stay overall was good. My only complaint is that the tv did not work. The power came on but it would not connect to the internet and open any streaming choices. My cellphone (T-Mobile) had poor reception to send texts etc.... outside the hotel it worked much better. I was in room 210.

What a fun place to stay! The Mozpah has been redone beautifully. The staff was very friendly and efficient. It was fun reading about the history of the area. Although we did not have a ghost encounter, the thought of having one was kind of interesting. The room was very clean and very comfortable.

Everyone who worked here was super friendly and helpful! It was a really cool historic hotel. The only reason I only did a good rating on certain things is it is pet friendly and there can be a bit of a smell in some of the common areas. The rooms themselves though are very clean.

Expensive for what it was.

Was just ok. Lobby was nice and well decorated. Room was pretty crowded and mini-mini fridge (as in tiny) sat on the floor and leaked all over the carpet. Very slow checkin process and getting the luggage cart down to the car parked out front was impossible. Will look for alternate accommodations on our way home. After much effort. I finally got the window to open and when we did, no screen, so bird poop was all over the sill. Didnt want it blowing in on me, so had to close the window. A/C never cooled down.

The renovation of the property has been beautifully accomplished. The room decor very authentic, the lobby area very nice, the staff wonderful. The food in Jack Dempsey was very good. There was 1 negative. I am a light sleeper and didn't get a whole lot of sleep. The person above me was a heavy walker and was up late, so that was an issue. Also on the second floor, where I was, I could hear people talking, doors opening and closing well into the night. Yes I know its an old building and doesn't have the sound proofing that newer places have, but it really affected my sleep.

The Annex was very inconvenient pulling all my bags up 3 flights of steps to start. My Suite(I use the term VERY LOOSELY) was right next toba kitchen and there were odors permeating the cojoining wall. The carpets were FILTHY

Sound sure travels well in that thin elevation air

Well, we heard it was the “most haunted hotel in America”, and I think maybe that is just the fact that the floors and walls are extremely thin. So thin you could probably hear any footsteps. I can imagine in its apex a night with the lady in red was heard by comers on all floors below. I mean honestly, who are we kidding, this place is ancient, and insulation technology has grown leaps and bounds since its heyday. That being the case, it was kind of tough to catch any restful sleep. And, unfortunately, it wasn’t otherworldly induced. That, and some a**hat felt that his 2 stroke Kawasaki sounded “sweet” at 2am. I bet his mullet was pretty sweet as well. All in all, the stay was okay. The lady at the front desk was amazing. Service wise no complaints, top notch staff. The parking was great. Nice big lot out back. The water pressure was superb! Instant hot water, and a stopper for the tub. So, amenity wise, this place is pretty great. I could tell it was pet friendly, there were dog treats on the counter. So bring your service animal and enjoy. Just bring a set of earplugs or noise cancelling headphones, just in case.

There was only 1 bath towel and it was ragity, torn and had strings. There was no regular coffee pods. Hotel was out. There is no fridge! A fridge would be nice.
