Nestled close to the all year dog friendly beach which enjoys stunning sea views to Looe island and Rame Head, this wonderful holiday home is in the most fabulous location for fun-filled family holidays. The property allows some flexibility of twin or double beds on request. All on a ground floor, with wheel chair access so ideal for those with mobility issues. The open plan living space features good-sized kitchen and living areas with the addition of a sofa bed the property accommodates up to eight guests. There is room to store bikes or beach equipment, and an outside hose for dog washing.

There is a safe life-guarded sandy beach and children’s play area and rock pooling further down the beach. The surfers come out when the water is right and there are body boards in the house. The lovely linked villages of Seaton and Downderry feature restaurants, pubs, beach cafe, coffee shop and a small shop all within 1.5 miles. Tredinnick farm shop and restaurant are a short drive away, with the area offering a range of supermarkets which also deliver. Ramblers will enjoy the scenic coastal footpath leading to the charming fishing ports and villages with quays, Looe is within easy reach as is Porwrinkle. For a gentle walk take the bus to Hessenford and stroll along the river through the beautiful valley and woodland heading back towards Seaton. By car you can easily access the Eden project and many coastal villages like Kingsand and Cawsand, where you can take a ferry to Plymouth for the day. Scenic Polperro is an enchanting village with quaint, traffic-free lanes and a fishing harbour surrounded with traditional inns and fisherman’s cottages. As one of the most easily accessed parts of Cornwall, you can usually expect to be on the beach just an hour after the Exeter M5 junction 31.
