The apartment sits within the Muntham Luxury Holiday Apartments complex of properties. This is a grand old Victorian villa that has been successfully repurposed as modern holiday accommodation. The building remains many original features and is surrounded by nearly an acre of tranquil tropical gardens. The Muntham Apartments can be found in the Wellswood area of Torquay which is the premiere residential area in the whole of The English Riviera. It is superbly placed to take advantage of all that The English Riviera has to offer and Torquay harbour and town centre can be reached within five minutes by car, taxi or bus or else fifteen minutes on foot. "Wellswood Village" the neighbourhood centre is a five minute walk away and boasts many amenities including pub, convenience store, delicatessen, pharmacy, post office and a patisserie.

Apartment 2 at The Muntham Apartments is located on the ground floor. It features a grand living room with a huge bay window with views out over the Rose Garden. This room has original shutters as well a a whole host of original features. There is a sofa, arm chair, dining table and chairs, a large SMART TV plus a feature fire place with flame effect fire.

The apartment has a compact but very well equipped kitchen with a full size fridge freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave and a dishwasher. Guests also have access to a communal laundry room where there are coin operated washers and dryers. We supply complimentary detergent.

There is a wonderful, tranquil bedroom with floor to ceiling windows which also over look the Rose Garden at the side of the property. Original wooden shutters, a roller blind and curtains all ensure that the right light levels can be achieved for a peaceful daytime nap or nightime sleep. All bedding and towels are included in the rate.

The apartment also has a bathroom with an oversized shower. This has a very low step access and there are garb rails by the entrance to the shower and inside the shower as well as a shower seat so this is ideal for any guests who might be unsteady on their feet.
