2nd or 3rd time staying at The Sands. Rooms are spacious, clean and all the apps on tv(not that you need). The shower is huge but water pressure average. I came back from the beach with so much sand I asked for a sponge to sweep it up in the shower “don’t be silly, housekeeping will take care of you”. The reception staff are amazing. They helped with an injured bird that crawled up to me on the lovely outdoor area looking out at the golf course. All the staff are amazing, from cleaners, reception(Robyn is fantastic). The staff really go above and beyond. Cora and Levi make a terrific coffee in the morning, Jayden on the bar and restaurant in the arvo has expert knowledge of menu and wines. Dan from Italy making the best Pizza that so hot and spicey (I’m gluten free and it had taste!). Always a pleasure to stay but I still ask BRING BACK THE BLT at breakfast! The Fitness space is adequate for a short stay and staff are friendly. I would and will continue to stay here, sometimes it’s a bargain compared to other locations in the area and the amazing service is outstanding.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. We initially planned to stay one night, but decided to stay another night, luckily the room was available and the staff arranged so that we didn’t have to move out and in again.
