Hotel overall was a nice experience - we stayed in a cabin that had great amenities and was very clean and well laid out. However the restaurant left a lot to be desired. We waited 10 minutes for someone to check on us and left without ordering to find something else in town.

Liked this resort better than I had expected. I thought it was going to be cheesy but actually it was well done and nice. We were there in the dead of winter, so it was pretty empty, but the beds were very comfortable, the location was great, rooms were very clean, and if it hadn't have been so cold, there were a bunch of perks and amenities I would have loved to have tried. Definitely would stay again.

Room was clean and views are spectacular, but everything from towels to bed to carpet to cabinet doors not closing and almost off of hinges, to bathroom door scraping the tile, to shower head leaking….it’s all very very worn out and in dire need of TLC and upgrades.

This is a great place to stay when in the Capitol Reef area. The staff are very helpful and provide a wealth of information. Be aware that in winter, most restaurants are closed and you will need to drive for several miles just to get basic services.

We stayed one night during a longer roadtrip in a king cabin. Size was perfect for 3 people and everything was cozy. The bed was amazing. Not the most eco friendly property since they still use individual toiletries but everything was provided. I would definitely stay here again. Capital Reef NP is amazing.
