The furnishings and beds were quaint and comfortable. The porch was delightful to sit down and enjoy the lovely scenic surroundings. Great ventilation and cross breeze with open windows. Small but adequate kitchen area with microwave and coffee, fridge and sink.

The room was basic but clean and comfy. Not a lot of room for three people's things but it worked. Hooks on the wall and ottomans at the foot of the bed helped in that department. The view was lovely and dinner at the restaurant was great. I wanted to steal the coverlet it was so pretty (but I refrained) :)

Spectacular location with panoramic views of this beautiful area from your front porch and hotel window. The restaurant had full views as well, with a top notch chef and service. We chose to eat dinner there two nights in a row. The hotel is in a fantastic location for reaching the Capital Reef entrance. The hotel itself and rooms are very old. We did not notice any updating whatsoever. We only stayed one night. The room was clean. Just old and worn.

What we liked best? Not a cookie cutter hotel room! The decor fit the Western vibe beautifully. The room was comfortable and clean and suited our needs perfectly. The restaurant was a bonus! Great food and service! And the views !!!
