Experience an opera evening in the 2000 year old amphitheater, which is even older than the Colosseum in Rome. But also medieval architecture and museums are not missed here. Also worth a visit is the city of Mantua, 75 km away, which was founded by the Etruscans and whose old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the Romanesque cathedral, the Renaissance church of Sant'Andrea or the palace Palazzo Ducale.
