Welcome to Château Toulouse (built in 1850), surrounded by rivers, woods and hills only 15mn away from Toulouse, 1.5km from the Ariège river with a breathtaking view to the Pyrenées mountains.

The domain is at 10 minutes from the Golf de Vieille Tlse, 1 hour from the Pyrenees, 50 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, 1.5 km from the banks of the Ariège. An authentic paradise for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists.

SITUATION:

The building is located in Clermont Le Fort, in Haute Garonne, 15 minutes from Toulouse. It is 25 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac airport and 20 minutes from Toulouse Matabiau train station by car.
The estate is between the A64 and A61 motorways (10km), and 2km from a pretty village called Venerque, and 5km from Lacroix-Falgarde and its famous gastronomic shops.
