Better communication needed

When we booked we sent a message asking if we would be able to check in at 23.30hrs butt we never received a reply. When we arrived we were unable to access the car park as the gate was locked. We had to wait for an existing guest to return home. We were able to check in at a 24hr kiosk but still had no code for the gate. An email in advance would have been appreciated and very helpful. Thankfully another guest let ys in the gate. Room was clean, quiet and adequate.

L'arrivée en autonomie (aprÚs fermeture réception) est trÚs appréciable, cependant, notre premiÚre impression a été un jeune homme fumant un joint à cÎté de notre chambre, trÚs rassurant en tant que femme. Nous savions à quoi nous attendre en terme de confort, mais je reconnais avoir été agréablement surprise par la literie. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, nous sommes arrivées vers 8h30 et il ne restait déjà plus grand chose. Le pain était dur comme de la pierre et les céréales agglomérées ensemble - appétissant... Dernier point négatif et pas des moindres, la cuvette des toilettes était sale (à contrario du reste de la chambre) et il n'y a pas de brosse WC, estomac sensible s'abstenir. Ok pour une nuit seulement.
