We were told on check-in that we might not get parking that night due to nearby markets . That turned out to be true. Yet, there are signs around the car park saying No Unauthorised Parking. Obviously this is not enforced. We had to give our car rego upon check-in and there were rules about one vehicle per room. Yet, the general public are allowed to park in the car park. The shower water pressure was Terrible. And the further we turned the tap towards hot water, the worse the pressure was. So it was either a hot dribbly shower or a cold shower.

Overall a great little room in a good location. At present they are doing some renovations and this may have affected the lack of internet in our room on the 3rd floor for the whole of our stay. We advised the front desk early in our stay but nothing changed. There was wi-fi available in the foyer.

Pay at the property NOT WORK

I chose to be charged at the hotel although I was charged at the point of booking the hotel. I chose the PAY AT THE PROPERTY tab on Trivago. The hotel.com guaranteed I would not be charged if I enter my card details however, I was charged immediately. This was a huge inconvenience. I tried to rectify this with the hotel but they said there was nothing they could do and it’s not their problem. I was hoping for a late checkout as advertised but was unable to secure one. Probably because my bill had been paid before arriving. I was also supposed to use a work credit card to pay on arrival and this was also denied as a result of the billing issue. A Laundry service is advertised however it is only machines which require $2 coins only. This means you need to find a shop to get change as the hotel do not offer change at reception. This requires a guest to go searching for a shop to get change because it would be unusual to carry five $2 coins on your person without knowing you needed it. A simple solution is to advise $2 coins are required for the laundry. If this was advertised in the room or at reception it would save a lot of time and make for a better experience.

Great location with parking onsite. Was very surprised there was not long wait times given only 1 elevator in service. Was a little noisy with workman working close to our apartment. Staff friendly.
