Apartment completely and very luxuriously renovated, situated on the first floor of a two-family-house with pool. Several terraces invite to relax outside on sunny days, while the covered loggia offers a shady retreat.
Fantastic and romantic view over the lake and the "Castelli di Cannero".
Rooms: kitchen with dining room, living room with fireplace, double bedroom, bedroom with double sleep couch, studio and 2 bathrooms. Covered terrace with direct access to the garden, pool (to be shared with the apartment on the ground floor) and covered parking.
Places to sleep: double bed in the main bedroom, double sleep couch in the second bedroom and two single chair beds in the studio.
Location: the house lies about 1 km from Viggiona and 4 km from the lake shore and from Cannero Riviera. Its position is absolutely sunny and quiet with a breathtaking birds eye view over the Lago Maggiore.
