Breakfast is good, pool facility had a hole in roof, room and bathroom where not cleaned properly, female morning staff are great, male staff in the morning not so good, first floor carpet is smelly.

The room was super nice. You could hear everything from the floor above unfortunately. The indoor pool area was leaking in 2 spots and one of them the ceiling had actually fallen in. Including a light fixture. The pool had a bunch of floaties from all the ceiling water leaking into it.

Hockey kids/parents are a nightmare in hotels

Nightmareish weekend The hotel was nice with good accommodations.I went for a nice relaxing weekend to just get away with my man. But it was not relaxing at all.The staff did a wonderful job under the circumstances of the weekend. The hotel was overrun by unruly children and drunk, run down hockey parents. Screaming and doing stick drills at all hours of the night on the floors (right above my room).

Beds are horrible. Rock hard and very squeaky. Did not get much sleep to say the least. Heard many people complaining about the beds as we were up there for a wrestling tournament. Found a dirty sock that did not belong to us under our bed.

Never again, what a nightmare.

Let’s just say we almost booked a different hotel or leave early even though it was only two nights. There were crumbs and food under the bed, food and trash behind and underneath furniture, in the fridge. The toilet seat continuously slid and disconnected. There was a disgusting pile of hair under the sink. There was dried up and shriveled shredded cheese on the corner of the bed. I was so grossed out I never showered, refused to use it. I left and used a gym instead. We couldn’t use the keycard the last night for access to the room, but it worked to access the exterior hotel side/back doors. It was so terribly loud at night my daughter woke up at 2am asking why people kept slamming doors. I don’t use the word hate in my vocabulary nor allow it in my daughter’s, but I absolutely hated everything about this stay and can’t think of a single good thing. Will never stay at a Baymont or Wyndham again, completely turned me off.

The front desk staff at check in and check out were great! And the lady running the breakfast by herself was great as well. The room and bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner and the window curtains were broken. There were also no parking spots left when we checked in at 9pm.
