You do have to pay for parking if you find a spot which definitely makes this place a repeat spot for me to stay. However, the best was so comfortable the place was very well kept and extremely clean. The text thread responded immediately and you were close enough to walk.

Beautiful room. Spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Great location downtown and an easy walk to stores, restaurants, etc. The only challenge was trying to find overnight parking, which we did after going around the block several times. Also, it was hard to determine where to enter the building.

Good area of town with the parking structure just down the street and front street a block away. Not that close to the beach or waterfront from what I could tell. It is $20 for overnight parking. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable, my wife was very impressed :) Communication with Kasa was easy and clear over text message. If you do the check-in process ahead of time like you're supposed to, I can't see how you could have any issue. A few reviews complain about check-in but I did it before showing up to the property so I was totally fine.
