Rooms il and need a lift. Shower space is very tight. No refrigerator. No kettle. Breakfast and dinner in the spacious terrace was good. Service excellent. Good vibe. Staff very friendly and helpful as was the front office. The driver to hotel and beach was excellent.

The staff was great but the hotel is very dated. The shower had zero pressure or hot water and wouldn’t drain. The grounds were covered in weeds and dead plants. We left a day early.

Our stay was excellent. The rooms are very big and spacious. They have mini fridge. Room amenities are provided. Daily cleaning is done. The Staff are very helpful. The breakfast is nice. The only drawback is the shower in our room was so tiny that there was hardly any space to move hands. It would be difficult for a huge person to get in and have bath comfortably. I myself kept banging my arms. I would say if they would have planned the room perfectly there was enough space for bath . For this I would say one star less or I would have given it 5 start rating. I stayed with my family and stay was excellent. May be other rooms have bigger bath or shower area. Don’t know.

Absolutely stunning island to break away from daily life. The hotel & staff could not be more welcoming and charming. Full on authentic dolce vita Italian island experience, touching all senses. That’s even supported by playing genuine Italian classics during breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel before and were disappointed this time. The air conditioning wasnt working and when we asked we were told it was not allowed by the Government but guests we spoke to at other hotels had functioning AC. The fridge for the minibar wasn't working and the hairdryer stopped working halfway through drying my hair! The sea view I'd paid extra for was mainly of a row of what looked like staff accommodation. If you looked over to one side you could see the sea but it certainly wasn't what I would class as a sea view. We had been told on arrival that it would be possible to use one of the downstairs rooms to have a shower and change so that we could swim after we'd checked out of our room but when we checked again, we were told we could only use the toilet! The breakfast was good and the packed lunch was also good.

From the minute we arrived we realised this was an exceptional hotel. The staff were charming and extremely helpful. The room was airy and quite large and different from the stereotypical bland hotel rooms in other hotels. The view from our window was spectacular! Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had for ages, with bacon and scrambled eggs and toast as well as an excellent selection of croissants, fruit, yoghourt and of course, tea and coffee. I was even able to have a soya capuccino (I'm allergic to milk).

Our stay at the Hotel Eden was wonderful and we would return! The hotel was conveniently located, and the room was well airconditioned and very clean. The beds were not very comfortable, but they were serviceable. The hotel provided a shuttle to and from the ferry and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, and the staff at the scuba and diving school was marvelous. The breakfast was serviceable, but the location and staff made it a lovely experience. Everything is dated as other reviews say, but we were happy with that.

Paradise

Tremiti islands are a beautiful place to stay- natural habitat, clear waters, peaceful and quiet. The hotel is good. Spacious rooms, clean, beautiful sea view from the window and pleasant, friendly staff. It could be slightly improved with WiFi service in the rooms rather than just in the lobby and an efficient fridge in the room. We would stay there again.

A pleasant stay

The staff was capable and eager to please. Check-in and out was fast and pleasant. The mattresses were quite comfortable, however the pillows a bit lumpy. Rooms are spacious, quiet and well lit with nice views to the sea. Blackout shades worked very well to allow sleeping in. Breakfast was good and varied. Fresh fruit would have been a nice touch. One drawback was paying for our coffee refills. The promotional dinner needs refinement, antipasto was stale but the pasta, main course and desserts were ok. Overall a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. I must say that the staff in general were lovely but we had the most wonderful experience with the reception staff and manager. We left all our travel documents on the ferry and as you can imagine, we were more than somewhat stressed but these great people were on to the case immediately - they really reassured us, sorted everything out and all our documents arrived safe and sound the next day - fantastic. They continued to look after us well throughout our stay.

Pleasant well situated hotel

The staff here are first class in every way. Always helpful and attentive. Food was very good. We normally try dinner on the first night and then look elsewhere but there was no need to do so here. If you enjoy a gin and tonic , ask for one. WE were served one by two different people and neither seemed to understand that it is 25ml gin and a bottle of tonic. We were always served at least 100ml gin which meant that after adding ice and lemon, one bottle of tonic was too much for two glasses ! The sea is crystal clear for swimming and scuba and the presence of a dive centre in the hotel was great. The hotel has a people carrier on duty all day which will take you anywhere on San Dominio free of charge after it collected you from either the port or the helipad. Our only problem was the difficulty of getting a cup of tea or coffee during the afternoon.

Wonderful hotel - the decor has been described as tired but it is imaculately maintained and rather charming. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and overall our stay was pretty much perfect.

extremely friendly staff, we were away from the hustle and bustle but right near the town itself..hotel was in a great location, the only downside was the bathroom needed an update..but it was clean. there was a huge selection of pastries, cereal for breakfast and the view was amazing. were going back next year to the same hotel .

Stay at the Hotel Eden on Tremiti!!

We were picked up at the port and taken to the hotel. Even though we were early our room was ready. The room was very spacious and spotless. Everything worked fine and we were soon on our way to the beach. This is a perfect hotel for first time visitors to Tremiti. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extensive with many delicious items. I will definitely stay at the Eden again if my travels take me to Tremiti which I hope they do

The hotel was nice, looks like it had better days . In decent condition but rooms could use updating, was ok. The showers were way too small almost couldn't wash my self and I'm. It that big. I saw big people and wondered if they could shower.

Great Hotel

Excellent location with very friendly and informative staff who were only too pleased to help.Providing a map of the Island on check in is a good idea.Even though checkout was 10 am and ferry not til 6pm it was nice to come back and be given use of a shower room after using the beach in the afternoon.
