Room was clean, amazing views. Hot tub was not working for some reason. Franklin took us on a great ride in a buggy down to the lake. He was super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable of the area and its history. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you !!

Amazing view

Great stay at Tres Piedras. Lake Ilopango view is amazing to wake up to. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Great customer service, and friendly, from Franklin at the front desk as well as the staff at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and cooked to perfection. Breakfast was also delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will definitely come back again!

Beautiful view but

This place is absolutely STUNNING. No question about that. The view is spectacular. The service is top-notch. The food is just alright. Why I dropped the ratings was because the hotel infrastructure is dangerous and needs some upkeep. The stairs and tile were unkempt, and my family ended up tripping several times. My sister fell face down and hurt her knees really badly. The hotel staff was very kind and they had a first aid kit on hand, but I feel that the tripping happens a lot to guests because the staff was not phased. My dad, my mom and my sister all fell.

My first trip to El Salvador, and a memorable one just because of this hotel. From the moment we got there to the moment we left the staff were nothing but kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here, you’ll always have the best view.

The property has one of the most amazing views I’ve ever seen. The beds are comfortable, rooms are small but functional. Needs a few upkeeps but overall our stay was very enjoyable.

The view was unique and the staff very polite and kindness. The only thing we didn’t like is because they didn’t have a coffee machine in our bedroom . We asked for one but the said was broken from our bedroom and didn’t give us another one.

Is a beautiful property quiet clean in an amazing location I love everything about it. The breakfast was delicious there is restaurant great service didn’t like that much the food but was okay a little pricy. They forgot my plates for breakfast but take care of it right away when I requested. I would definitely recommend and coming back in the future 100%
