We had an excellent stay here, not only is the property beautiful with lots of fruit trees. The staff is also amazing! In particular one of the folks her name is Mari, you can tell when someone loves their job as it shows in the way they approach their work. She was super helpful and accommodating. My only regret was not thanking her personally when we left, it looks like it might have been her day off. Will certainly look to stay here in the future.

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Alever, who was very helpful and even took me to the lake. The food was excellent, and overall, the hotel was a decent stay. However, it’s not the most accessible for individuals with disabilities unless you book one of the larger rooms, which I highly recommend. The upgraded rooms are spacious, comfortable, and better than most I’ve experienced. I initially had issues with my first room, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve it and provided me with an upgrade. When I return to El Salvador, I’ll be staying here again. The location is stunning, and the views are breathtaking.

Stayed here two nights but the design suite was only available 1 night and It was great! Wall to wall views. Spacious and able to move around without feeling cramped and on top of my other guest. I recommend staying here and in the design suite even if it's for 1 night!( the walk to this room will have you out of breath but worth It)!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) greatly enjoyed the hotel and our stay. The view of the Lago Ilopango is amazing and cant be beat. The location is peaceful and serene. Our room was comfortable, functional, and met our needs for our 2 night stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was convenient and the food was very good. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend Tres Piedras.

The staff was so nice a friendly!! I would absolutely stay here again. Only down side are the bugs. El Salvador is really humid as is and there are lots of plants in the property. Also there are frogs lol but comes with the territory. I have no complaints about my stay. I also do not speak Spanish and the staff did their best to accommodate that. The room was also really clean. The view was absolutely amazing!! Such a beautiful hotel

Very unique hotel!! Construction was under way during our stay but not an inconvenience. Staff were as amazing and onsite restaurant was excellent except for some nights having a limited menu and no bar. Overall it was an amazing experience!!

This is not a family friendly place to stay. My wife and I planned our trip to surprise her mother in Mother’s Day. My mother in law is in a wheelchair. The hotel is not leveled, grounds sits on a slope where we had to walk down hill, to our room. Our room was on the lowest row, was difficult to get mother in law down. We had view of the pool area, right away- heard loud music two couples dancing singing and drinking, very loud. I complained to the office, they moved us an upper room, right off the parking lot. Although only one bed I was fine sleeping on sofa. Next morning told us this room was already reserved, we had to go back to the room down the hill. No way we would do that to mother in law. Spoke to proprietor, Jacobo Perdomo, who was very arrogant, and use and matter of fact. I demanded a refund for the one night. I showed him photos of dog waste in front our room, smelly bathroom and noisy doors in the rooms. He basically was too busy with a special Mother’s Day event to assist us further. Terrible experience for my 83 year old special surprise Mother’s Day. Be careful before booking this place.
