It is a beautiful hotel overlooking the ocean in the middle of everything. It is so easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the city. The staff is really good and the restaurant is good as well. We loved our terrace/balcony and sat out every afternoon. It was a great stay.

The Savoia Excelsior is super conveniently located right at the city center and in the water-front. It's location is for sure it's most attractive quality. The staff is friendly but not as attentive as I would have expected. the rooms are comfortable but I feel they could get "refreshed" a bit. The bathrooms are wonderful but the showers tend to be a bit messy as the window is too short to keep the water out of the bathroom floor. I did not have breakfast or dinner in the hotel so I cannot speak for the food. Having said all this I would repeat it just to get a glimpse of that view again.!!!! it was beautiful ..... really.

Great stay but no gym

Excellent hotel and i enjoyed my stay. Nice breakfast, quiet hotel, and good location. The gym was out of order, which is a pity as i was looking forward to my excercise, and no alternative has been provided. Looking forward to my next visit and try the gym
