This large house is suitable for 8 people (4 bedrooms).
It has a nice bell tower on the roof and also a statue of Mary in the façade. The house is therefore not standard, but has all the comfort you wish to be away from home for a while.

The house is a former Catholic girls' school. At the time there was also a small chapel in it. For decades, girls from this beautiful area have been taught here, accompanied by three nuns who lived on the first floor themselves. When the last sister left the house it came 'on the market'. The toilet houses in the back of the garden immediately recall the atmosphere of that time.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Pompadour Hippodrome. Features include laundry facilities and an arcade/games room. The holiday home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a private pool.

Thoroughly enjoyable

Communication was excellent, and one minor hitch handled very quickly. Well equipped rental, and beds very comfortable too. Great location, and quiet. Thanks Aernoud!
