Martinique Residence

We stayed 5 weeks. The property manger gets back to you right away. Across the street from a beautiful beach. Can catch a ferry to shop in Fort-de-France. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery’s, fruit market, pastry shop, pizza shop. Close to a gas station if you rent a car. We rented a car to explore the island. Has everything you need in the condo. Lots of outdoor space to sit. Small soft bed. Small bathroom but good pressure and lots of hot water. Small fridge but good for a week or two. Remember this is a French island so customs are different. We were always treated well. Being bilingual is an asset as my husband is.We enjoyed our time there.

Clean, convenient condo near the beach

We received check in instructions that worked out great, found the lockbox and discovered a very clean condo. In the kitchen was a welcome gift that consisted of a baguette, milk, juice, coffee and tea that we really appreciated. The back terrace was great and we used it daily. The owners mother was very sweet and dropped off extra beach towels we requested. All in all great place. Only negative was the spotty WiFi, but this forced us to go to one of the beach bars and use theirs while having a glass of wine and see the sunset.

Bon séjour à anse à l'ane🤗

J'ai passé un bon séjour, environnement calme, dans le logement l'essentiel y est, le seul point faible que je n'avais pas rencontré jusque là c'est le lave linge payant(5€) après ce n'est pas une obligation et comme dab le téléviseur pas moyen regarder un programme entier... Mais bon il y a pire ré que ça. Sinon je ne regrette pas mon séjour

Séjour Anse à l'âne

Emplacement appartement proche de tout (boulangerie, supérette, plongée, plage, restos, excursions etc...), très bon rapport qualité prix. Ce n'est pas luxueux mais fonctionnel et confortable, pas de souci. Pas de four, ni de lave-vaisselle, machine à laver payante (5 euros). Une machine nespresso et des capsules à dispo ainsi que de quoi faire un ptit dej le matin de l'arrivée, attention qui fait plaisir. Bloc extérieur clim un peu bruyant depuis la chambre, pas de pb pour mon mari, moi j'ai mis des bouchons d'oreilles car plus sensible au bruit. 2 jolies terrasses bien aménagées. Bonne communication avec la personne sur place, arrangeante pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons eu juste un peu de mal à trouver l'appartement (rue du marignan) mais la dame nous a bien guidé au téléphone. Environnement calme, pas de souci de voisinage.

La propreté laisse à désirer

Accueil froid, Nous sommes arrivé 30 minutes plus tôt que prévu (16h30 au lieu de 17h), L'appartement n'était pas prêt , on nous a fait la remarque "mais vous êtes en avance" certes , nous avons du coup attendu jusqu'à 17h15 sous un soleil ardent après un vol de 8h00. Une fois arrivé dans l'appartement, je constate que celui ci n'était pas très propre, les placards, le frigo de même pour la salle bain (traces de doigts partout, surtout en cette période de covid malgré tous nous n'étions pas très regardant. Cependant des traces d'urine et de défecation son constaté dans les toilettes, une honte pour le tarif annoncé pour la prestation A plusieurs reprises nous avons rencontré des problèmes de toilette qui se bouche. Sur nos 2 semaines de vacances nous étions privé de toilettes durant 5 jours à cause du broyeur qui se trouvait sur la terrasse il y a eu pas mal d'ecoulement de matières fécales et d'urine. Ayant pris attache avec la propriétaire celui ci nous demandait de contacter une personne, cette dernière nous donnait encore un autre numéro à contacter. Au final la propriétaire nous accusait d'avoir dégradé ses WC alors que le technicien nous disait que le problème était bien antérieur avant notre arrivé. La propriétaire voulait qu'ont engagent un plombier à nos frais pour remettre son matériel en état c'est lamentable et malhonnête. Location à fuire !

Bel emplacement. Proche de la plage, piscine sur le site, très tranquille. La mère de la proprio nous a accueillis. N'avait pas le code pour le grillage d'auto ni le Wi-Fi. Cuisine OK. Nous etions sur place dans le but de cuisiner. À part du sel et du poivre, aucun aliment de base. Je m'attendais à plus. Couteaux de cuisine brisés et dangereux. On nous en a apporté après 2 jours. Pas grill tel que mentionné sur l'annonce. On l'a eu le 5e soir sur 7.... pas de tv avant 5 soirs. pas tant grave mais.des fois c'est agréable de regarder la tv car aucun Wi-Fi sauf pour 5 minutes par jour. Et surtout, soyez prudent, les rideaux électriques sont souvent réparés par des gens non qualifiés, donc quand ça brisé il vous le mettent sur le dos. En bref, anse à l'âne, bel emplacement, bien situé mais ne loué pas ce t2.

Super logement très bien situé

Seulement à quelques mètres d’une superbe plage à l’eau turquoise, ce logement dans une résidence agréable et calme avec une petite piscine sympa est très vraiment bien situé, pour la plage, les commerces essentiels à toute proximité, restos sympas aussi, et la navette bateau pour Fort de France. Il apporte le confort idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances! La terrasse est très agréable également et l’accueil très sympa, je recommande ce logement.

Tres bon sejour

Nous avons passé de belles vacances en ce début d annee. L accueil a été parfait. Gentillesse sourire conseils... merci L emplacement de l appartement est idéal Petit bémol pour la propreté du logement sanitaires douche et toilette, cuisine... nous ne sommes pas trop exigeants mais c etait limite de ce coté la Nous avons nettoyé l ensemble du logement car pas possible autrement Dernier bémol la laverie collée à l appartement. Lorsque des machines sont enclenchées tard le soir .. bruyant mais heureusement rares car les gens ont un minimum de respect Merci encore pour l accueil et la disponibilité

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio tres bien aménagé et fonctionnel et propre. Coin cuisine aménagée, terrasse, une autre entrée privée, la piscine. Proche de la plage et de nombreux commerces. Dommage que la connexion wifi ne fonctionnait pas . Très bon accueil de Francette. Je recommande vivement et personnellement je n'hésiterais à revenir.

Appartement très propre et aménagée de façon très fonctionnelle. Terrasse agréable et sans vis-à-vis. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas pendant la durée du séjour. L’appartement est mitoyen avec la petite laverie ; Heureusement peu utilisé mais il serai bien qu’il y ai des horaires !
